What the audit actually contains
One page or two, written for you, not a scan exported from a tool. Every line is something you can act on, whether you hire us or not.
- Where you stand today: your map-pack position for your main search, checked from your city, with the three businesses above you named.
- What is holding the profile back: categories, missing services or products, photo count and recency, review count and reply rate, hours and attributes.
- Where your details disagree: the directories that carry an old address, a second phone number or a different business name.
- The fixes in priority order, with the ones you can do yourself marked as such.
Common questions about the audit
Is it really free?
Yes. The audit is how we show our work before you pay for anything. Most people who read it fix a few things themselves; some ask us to do the rest.
Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?
No. Everything in the audit is checked from the outside, the way a customer or a competitor would see it.
Will you call me?
Not unless you ask. The report arrives by email. If you want to talk it through afterwards, reply and we'll set a time.
What if my business is not in the United States?
The audit is for US businesses. We do not take requests from other countries at the moment.
